Exchange hiring leads.
Post one, unlock one.
No ghost jobs, no 6-month-old listings. Every lead here is something a dev just found — post one that isn't your fit, earn a credit, unlock a fresh one with the recruiter's public LinkedIn attached.

Post a lead
Saw a role in a job post, referral thread, or recruiter DM that isn't your fit? Post it. You earn 1 credit.
Scan the feed
Every lead shows company, role, stack, and seniority up front. The recruiter's contact stays locked until you spend a credit.
Unlock & reach out
Spend 1 credit to reveal the recruiter's name and public LinkedIn — plus the poster's note on how they found it.
Dead jobs don't live here
Job boards are graveyards — roles filled months ago, still ranking on page one. This feed can't rot, by design:
21-day expiry
Every lead auto-expires in 21 days. It stays live only if the poster refreshes it — which they'll only do if it's still real.
Verified by devs
Everyone who unlocks a lead can vote it "still valid", "expired", or "fake". 3 fake votes and the post is gone — and the poster loses their credit.
Always something new
Leads come from what devs found today — job posts, referral threads, recruiter DMs. Check back and the feed has moved.
Fair questions
Is it free?
Yes. Sign in with GitHub or Google, post a lead you found, and you've earned your first unlock. Credits are earned by contributing — optional credit packs and a Premium pass exist for people who want to skip the wait, but posting and earning stays free forever.
Where do the leads come from?
From other developers. A recruiter DM that wasn't your stack, a role a friend mentioned, a fresh posting you spotted — leads that would otherwise die in someone's inbox get posted here instead.
What exactly do I get when I unlock?
The recruiter's name, their public LinkedIn profile or the company's careers page, and the poster's note on how they found the role. Enough to reach out directly and skip the application black hole.
What stops fake or dead leads?
Four things: every post expires in 21 days, unlockers vote leads "still valid / expired / fake", posters carry a public rating from people who unlocked their leads, and fake posts get removed with the poster's credit clawed back.
Is contact info scraped from somewhere?
No. Everything is community-posted, limited to public LinkedIn profiles and official careers pages — never personal emails or phone numbers. Posts are screened automatically and moderated.
